Aberdeen, SD — Midstates Group and Quality Quick Print (QQP), headquartered in Aberdeen, SD, are proud to announce the acquisition of Print Mark-Et, Unique Signs, and Impressions Rubber Stamp, with locations in Rapid City and Belle Fourche, South Dakota. This exciting transition will officially take effect on Monday, July 21, 2025.
Founded in 1998 by Mark Schreiner, Print Mark-Et has built a reputation over the past 27 years for excellence in short-run printing, signage, promotional products, and custom rubber stamps. Mark and his dedicated team have consistently delivered high-quality products and exceptional customer service throughout the Black Hills region.
As Mark transitions into a well-earned retirement, the Midstates Group and QQP are honored to carry forward the legacy he built. The acquisition is rooted in shared values: family ownership, strong community ties, customer-first service, and diverse product offerings. This move positions Print Mark-Et for continued growth under the Midstates Group umbrella, while ensuring current customers experience the same local trusted service they’ve come to expect—now backed by even greater resources.
Both Print Mark-Et locations in Rapid City and Belle Fourche will remain open, with all current staff retained and plans to expand the team in the near future. QQP’s mission is clear: “Your Brand on Anything, Anywhere!” With headquarters in Aberdeen, SD, and a 25,000-square-foot facility equipped with state-of-the art printing, signage, engraving, and apparel production equipment, QQP has grown steadily since its founding in 1979 by Roger Feickert. Now owned and operated by second-generation owners Matt and Justin Feickert, QQP employs over 50 team members, operates a satellite location in Pierre, and is well-equipped to support businesses of all sizes across the region.

This acquisition also aligns with the broader vision of Midstates Group, a 180,000-square-foot production and fulfillment facility in Aberdeen, focusing on direct mail, catalog and publication printing, and fulfillment solutions.
